Rayamajhi was arrested from Budhanilkantha in Kathmandu on Sunday evening, he notified.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier today, the Nepal Police informed Speaker Ghimire about the arrest of Rayamajhi who is connected with the fake Bhutanese refugee scam.
