Prior to that, the session went through deliberations on the draft of the regulations along with the amendment proposals put forth by various lawmakers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lawmakers Khimlal Devkota and Jitendra Naryan Dev withdrew their proposals to amend the regulations&#8217; draft while Amresh Kumar Singh, Prabhu Sah, Sumana Shrestha, Prem Suwal and Dr. Bimala Rai Poudyal chose to stand their ground over the amendment motions.
