{"id":20125,"date":"2023-08-20T14:23:16","date_gmt":"2023-08-20T08:38:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/english.kathmandupati.com\/?p=20125"},"modified":"2023-08-20T14:23:16","modified_gmt":"2023-08-20T08:38:16","slug":"hearing-committee-schedules-hearing-for-proposed-cj-on-monday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/english.kathmandupati.com\/?p=20125","title":{"rendered":"Hearing Committee schedules hearing for proposed CJ on Monday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">KATHMANDU &#8211; The Parliamentary Hearing Committee has scheduled a hearing for proposed Chief Justice Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha on Monday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A meeting of the Committee today decided to conduct a hearing for Shrestha&#8217;s recommendation for the appointment on the post of Chief Justice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Committee on August 9 had sought complaints, if any, against the proposed Chief Justice, and it has received three complaints. The complaint was required to be in decent language and supported by evidences.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Monday, the Committee will hear from the complainants before starting a hearing over the recommendation. In the meeting, the proposed Chief Justice will give his presentation focusing on his competency, experiences, action plans and concept.
