He however said Nepal has realized the need of science.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perception may vary whether science is to achieve or to be utilized, he said, adding that science tells the rule and facts that nature has.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to him, there was a pause on knowledge gain in the country, which is no more now. &#8220;We have difficulties, but there are a lot to do,&#8221; he admitted. Oli further viewed research and study were ignored, thereby belittling development activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chairman Oli also asserted that Nepalis have the knack to garner knowledge on anything new quickly.
