Speaker Ghimire convened the meeting of chief whips after the meeting held in Baluwatar failed to forge consensus, said Ghimire&#8217;s Press Expert, Shekhar Adhikary.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaker Ghimire, Chairperson of the CPN (UML), KP Sharma Oli, Nepali Congress General-Secretary Gagan Thapa, leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula, Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist), Madhav Kumar Nepal, Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane were present in the meeting held at Baluwatar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The NC has been saying that it would continuously obstruct the Parliament, alleging the involvement of DPM and Home Minister Lamichhane into cooperative fraud scam.
