Despite prior approval in the secretariat meeting, where it was decided to allow Dhakal to present his six-page findings from interactions across 39 districts, RSP President Rabi Lamichhane allegedly intervened, blocking Dhakal\u2019s presentation. \nDhakal\u2019s report reportedly includes sharp criticisms, advocating for a shift towards making the party more inclusive and less centered around individual leadership, particularly challenging the dominance of President Rabi Lamichhane.<\/p>\n
