The initiative is designed to systematize the growing work pressure on staff, as the office handles an average of 200-300 customers daily.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With a limited workforce, it has become increasingly difficult to manage the influx of visitors. The robot will assist customers with general inquiries and provide answers to over 600 NTC-related questions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, plans are underway to integrate advanced technology into the robot to further strengthen its service capabilities.
