In a video message on the occasion of the World Meditation Day today, he urged one and all to be benefited through the practice of meditation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">PM Oli has expressed happiness over the United Nations&#8217; recognition of December 21 every year as the World Meditation Day. &#8220;I want to express my pleasure on this occasion. I convey my congratulations and best wishes to all.
