No. Now, an RSP-led government will return small depositors\u2019 money within 100 days,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also stated that the landless problem would be resolved through a commission formed with a team of experts. He said, \u201cAs Balen Ji has said, the landless issue will be resolved by counting days. A powerful commission of experts -not party-affiliated individuals -will be formed. RSP will implement the recommendations made by that commission.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chairman Lamichhane further said that bulldozers will be used not on the huts of the poor, but on mansions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also commented that some leaders had not learned to change policies for road construction even after serving as Members of Parliament for 20 years. Targeting the Nepali Congress, he said, \u201cAfter being an MP for 20 years, only now comes the realization that policies must be changed to build roads.
