An integrated e-record system should be developed to manage patient treatment records and follow-up, laboratory reports should be provided 24 hours a day, and doctors should only recommend medicines available in the hospital\u2019s pharmacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, if a patient needs to be referred they should be sent to a government hospital with a refer slip.
