A team from the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office has collected Rs 2,024,561 in revenue while penalizing the traffic regulation violators.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spokesperson at the Office, Naresh Raj Subedi informed that action was taken against 73 for driving under the influence of intoxicants, 87 for ride-sharing, 74 for not obeying red lights, 78 for excess speeding, and 47 for not following lane discipline in the past 24 hours.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Similarly, he said that 87 were penalized for using dark windows in vehicles, 56 for honking in ‘no horn’ zones, 32 for driving on one-way streets, and 1,058 for other offenses.
