The arrestees were illegally smuggling the prohibited herbs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The arrested ones were driver of the truck, Raj Kumar Gole, 19, of Thaha Municipality-7 in Makawanpur, Buddhilal Thing, 5, and Ramesh Thing, 18, from the same locality, according to the Area Police Office in Palung.
