Prime Minister Oli, NCP Executive Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal \u2018Prachanda\u2019 and senior leaders Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhalanath Khanal are four leaders of the first rung in the ruling NCP.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cOut of five leaders in the first rung, four have already become Prime Minister.
