{"id":6467,"date":"2021-03-16T15:55:43","date_gmt":"2021-03-16T10:10:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/english.kathmandupati.com\/?p=6467"},"modified":"2021-03-16T15:55:43","modified_gmt":"2021-03-16T10:10:43","slug":"responsibility-to-save-nation-is-upon-ncs-shoulder-ram-chandra-poudel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/english.kathmandupati.com\/?p=6467","title":{"rendered":"Responsibility to save nation is upon NC&#8217;s shoulder: Ram Chandra Poudel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POKHARA &#8211;<\/strong> Senior leader of the Nepali Congress, Ram Chandra Poudel, has said that the responsibility to save the country has come upon the shoulder of the Nepali Congress as the country has now been held hostage of indecisions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At a programme organsied to present the Purna Prasad -Maya Peace Journalism Award instituted by Nepal Press Union, leader Poudel shared that silence of NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba in the current situation is mysterious and added that NC has significant role in Nepali politics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He opined, &#8220;We may have less number of parliamentarians, but our role is significant. We should give an outlet to the country.&#8221; The NC senior leader added that he can only give suggestion as he is not in a decisive role. He, however, claimed that NC is the only party running the country in a right way.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the occasion, Poudel presented the award carrying a purse of Rs 25,000 to journalist Himnidhi Laudari. Laudari is active in journalism sector for the past three decades.
