Gokul died on the spot while Sundari Devi died amidst the treatment at Amisha Hospital Chainpur, said District Police Office Chief deputy superintendent of police Rupak Khadka. The accident happened as the two were busy in accumulating water in the tank. Water for the project is brought from the Seti River through lifting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The cemented tank was mended as it had developed cracks and started leaking a week ago. According to eye witness, local Gopal Kunwar the tank erupted all of a sudden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The family of Sundari Devi accused Amisha Hospital of negligence in her treatment and pushing her to death. Her spouse Gopal Kunwar said she suffered injury to her leg.
