President Bhandari prorogued the HoR winter session in line with Article 93 (2) of the constitution on the recommendation of the meeting of the Council of Ministers today morning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Federal Parliament Secretariat has received a letter from the Office of the President in this regard, it has been learnt. Some important bills registered in the restored HoR failed to proceed due to political disputes.
