The government has pledged to create favourable environment to make skill-oriented and quality education considering it a basis for human capital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reading out the budget speech for the fiscal year 2021\/22, Minister for Finance Bishnu Prasad Poudel announced to provide grant to the community schools based on their education results.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the development of community schools\u2019 infrastructure, a total of Rs 10 billion has been allocated under the President Educational Reform Infrastructure Programme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Similarly, alternative learning would be implemented by developing infrastructures, students\u2019 access to internet connectivity would be ensured and student\u2019s admission rate would be made 100 per cent in the basic level of education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The students up to grade five would be provided with day meal and teachers\u2019 quota would be readjusted, the Finance Minister announced.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Similarly, girl students would be provided with sanitary pad for free and each school would have a provision of a health worker.
