Today is the third day of continuous hearing on the case at the Constitutional Bench chaired by the chief justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The writ petition filed by Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba with the back support of 149 lawmakers is being regularly heard in the Supreme Court from Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In today\u2019s hearing from the petitioner\u2019s side, senior advocate Shreehari Aryal has started the pleading at the court.Aryal argued that the interpretation of the Article 76 (5) while forming the government by the President was against the constitution.
