A single bench of the justice Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada, hearing the case today, has asked for a written response and summoned both sides on August 24 to decide whether to issue interim order or not.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The JSP province lawmakers Santosh Kumar Pandey, Kalpana Pandey Lamsal and Bijay Bahadur Yadav on July 30 had filed the writ petition at the Court.
