Agency- Open source DETRESFA has made a photo public on twitter revealing China’s plan to launch missiles to Lipulekh, the area on the border between India and Nepal.
In addition to the surface-to-air missile in Lipulekh, China has also deployed troops, and with the support of preliminary research, is building additional infrastructure in the area, the source informed.
India had already opened a road to Mansarovar, a religious site in Tibet, China via Lipulekh, Nepal previously. Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh had inaugurated the Gwadhar Lipulekh Road connected to the Chinese border.
The BRO (Border Road Organization) of India has connected the Kailash-Mansarovar route from Dharchula to Lipulekh. It is said that this road holds significance in flourishing trade between India and China.
Since then, Nepal has released a revised administrative map, including the lands encroached by India, including Kalapani, Lipulekh and Limpiyadhura. However, India has inaugurated the road to Lipulekh without resolving the Nepal-India border dispute despite Lipulekh being in Nepal’s land through Kuti, Kalapani and Nabhidhang.
