But, the political parties have become successful in forging a political alliance for a system change, he said while addressing a programme organised on Saturday in Surkhet. In another context, he said the UML embodies the continuation of Nepal Communist Party. He also called for ending the tendency of non-cooperation in case of one being deprived of an election ticket. Similarly, Yamlal Kandel, the UML standing committee member and Karnali Province in-charge, stressed the need for party cadres and people’s representatives to reach out to people and always serve them.
