In a video message on the occasion of the World Meditation Day today, he urged one and all to be benefited through the practice of meditation. PM Oli has expressed happiness over the United Nations’ recognition of December 21 every year as the World Meditation Day. “I want to express my pleasure on this occasion. I convey my congratulations and best wishes to all. Let us all make best use of the Meditation Day and be benefitted from it,” the Prime Minister said in his message of best wishes. Noting that meditation is for the welfare of humanity, he urged one and all to make it as an integral part of their daily life. “Let us adopt meditation as an integral part of our daily routine and not only once a year on December 21,” he added. PM Oli emphasized that people should ever be physically and mentally healthy, helping each other to remain so.
