Spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population, Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, informed that the total number of infected people in Nepal has reached 28,938. Similarly, 120 infected people have recovered in the last 24 hours, while 17,700 people have returned home after undergoing treatment so far. 11,512 PCR tests have been done, and six people have succumbed to the disease in the past 24 hours, tallying the total number of coronavirus related deaths to 120.
