Senior leaders Jhalnaath Khanal, Madhav Nepal, and spokesperson Shrestha had demanded for the secretariat meeting, in order to approve the task force that had been formed on Friday. Chairman KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda had formed a six-member working committee on August 14, under the coordination of General Secretary Bishnu Poudel. The members under his coordination were Bhim Rawal, Shankar Pokharel, Janardan Sharma, Pampha Bhusal and Surendra Pandey.
