A single bench consisting of Justice Ramesh Prasad Rajbhandari on Monday ordered not to take action against Humnath Koirala’s Honiko Multiple Plc and Sharda Prasad Adhikari’s Shailung Enterprises. The respective parties have been ordered to submit a written reply within 15 days from the date of completion of the notice along with evidence. The court has also ordered a formal written reply in the name of the company. “As it seems appropriate to have both parties for discussion, the date of the hearing has been fixed for 31st September and the respondent company has been informed to attend the hearing for the same period.” A short-term interim order has been issued in the name of the opposition as per Rule 42 (1) of the High Court Rules 073 to keep the status quo of not implementing the decision, with a letter from September 8 having been issued in accordance.
