गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Nepal ∕ 500 land ownership certificates distributed in Butwal Nepal 500 land ownership certificates distributed in Butwal KathmanduPati October 15, 2020 BUTWAL : The Butwal Sub-metropolitan City has issued around 500 land ownership certificates to landless squatters in its various wards. Residents of the Sub-metropolis’ ward no 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 were provided with the certificates. The certificates were provided to 48 families in ward number 15, sixty-three families in ward number 16, ninety families in ward number 17 and 147 families in ward number 18. Similarly, preparations are being made to issue land ownership certificates to 60 families in ward number 14 and 90 families in ward number 18. Mayor Shivaraj Subedi handed over the certificates to 22 families in Pokharabari of Motipur, Butwal-18. Land ownership certificates have been provided to 156 families in the area before this. On the occasion, Mayor Subedi said that the sub-metropolis is preparing a plan to develop Motipur and Semler area as model settlements.
