Issuing a press release today, the Chitwan chapter of the party demanded investigation into disturbance created in the programme attended by Surendra Pande, the standing committee member of the party and lawmaker elected from constituency no 1 of Chitwan. The press release issued by Chitwan Chair of the party Yam Bahadur Pariyar and Secretary Krishna Bhakta Pokhrel said the people not belonging to the party committee tried to disrupt the programme where lawmaker Pande was issuing remarks. “District committee of the NCP condemns the indecent behaviour that occurred during the official meeting of the municipal committee of the party and the discussion held on development activities in Rapti Municipality,” the press release stated.
