Nepa Army Chief Thapa reached the Supreme Court today to meet Chief Justice Rana. The meeting between the Army Chief and the Chief Justice comes in the wake of the Supreme Court’s preparation to issue its verdict on the House dissolution case in a few days. However, it’s not immediately clear what transpired at the meeting. The Chief Justice is also in the five-member Constitutional Bench that is preparing to issue it’s ‘landmark’ verdict on whether the government’s decision to dissolve the House of Representatives was in line with the constitution.
