The legislative general convention of the CPN (UML) is scheduled from October 1-3. The central committee meeting is taking place at Tulsi Lal Memorial Building at Chyasal, Lalitpur. Organisational report and draft of statute amendment would be presented and discussed in the meeting. On the occasion, Chair Oli said that the report was brought along with suggestions of the standing committee and management of legislative general convention should be taken ahead simultaneously. He opined, “Legislative general convention should be conducted in a systematic, united and dignified manner. We have internal problems as well as national political problems. Discussion should be held on these matters.
