He said so in a press conference organized by Press Chautari Nepal, Kailali chapter in Dhangadhi today. The UML general secretary said the declaration has misled the people and it also did not have any meaning. He accused Speaker of the House of Representatives, Agni Prasad Sapkota, of political bias against the CPN (UML).
