UML lawmaker Khaga Raj Adhikari accused the government of bringing the arms through transfer of funds towards the fag end of the fiscal year. He demanded that the government should clarify to the parliament whether it is necessary to purchase these goods and whether the Nepal Police had placed demand for these.
