CIB Chief, Additional Inspector General of Police, Deepak Thapa, confirmed the arrest of Manange today. The CIB is preparing to produce him to the District Court, Kathmandu. It may be noted that recently, the Supreme Court convicted him in a case related to an attempted murder, sentencing him to five years in prison.
