Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel is currently presenting the budget for coming fiscal year in the joint sitting of the Federal Parliament started at the Federal Parliament Building, New Baneshwar. There is a legal provision that the annual estimates of revenue and expenditure for next fiscal year should be presented in Parliament on Jeth 15 every year.
