According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold reached Rs 207,900 per tola, up by Rs 2,000 compared to Tuesday. This marks the highest gold price ever recorded in the Nepali market. On Tuesday, gold was traded at Rs 205,900 per tola. While gold prices climbed to historic levels, silver prices edged down. The price of silver fell from Rs 2,485 per tola on Tuesday to Rs 2,480 per tola on Wednesday, the Federation said.
