Central members have been mobilized under the campaign. Chief of the publicity and publication department of the party, Niraj Acharya, informed that the UML was going to conduct the campaign to woo voters in party’s favour in the upcoming elections. In order to improve relations with the people, UML recently forwarded the policy of six mantras focusing party’s link to people- ‘go to people’, ‘listen to people’, ‘be popular among people’, ‘mobilize people’s organizations’, ‘internalize essence of party’s guiding principle (peoples multiparty democracy)’ and ‘prepare a qualified and capable leadership who can secure victory at every level’. Even the details of the action plan as per six mantras have been circulated to party line, according to Acharya.
