गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Breaking ∕ Nepal PM Balendra Shah heads to Pokhara, Mustang Breaking Nepal PM Balendra Shah heads to Pokhara, Mustang KathmanduPati August 21, 2026 Kathmandu [Nepal], August 21 – Nepal Prime Minister Balendra Shah departed Kathmandu for Pokhara on Friday beginning his visit to Mustang by road. Shah is travelling in his official government vehicle and is scheduled to reach Pokhara before continuing his journey to Mustang. His programme in Pokhara has not been disclosed. The prime minister is scheduled to travel to Muktinath in Mustang on Saturday. He is expected to fly from Pokhara to Mustang by helicopter. After reaching Pokhara, Shah is scheduled to spend Friday night at a resort in Astam located in Annapurna Rural Municipality of Kaski. The visit to Mustang comes as Shah plans to travel to Muktinath one of Nepal’s major religious and cultural destinations. Officials have not released further details about the prime minister’s activities in Pokhara or the full schedule of his Mustang visit.
