Sigdel is scheduled to visit China for one week from August 29 to September 5, according to the sources. The visit is expected to focus on Nepal-China military relations and areas of defence cooperation, with discussions likely to cover strengthening ties between the two countries’ armed forces. The planned visit comes as Nepal and China continue to expand bilateral cooperation in areas including security, infrastructure and disaster response.
