Minister Anita Devi took the oath of office at a ceremony organized at the Office of the President today. According to the Nepal Constitution, the newly-appointed minster shall take oath of office from the President. Minister Anita Devi is a Member of Parliament from the Janamat Party. Also present on the occasion were Vice President Ramsahay Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Speaker Devraj Ghimire, National Assembly Chairperson Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, Janamat Party Chair CK Raut, constitutional bodies chiefs, chief secretary and security bodies’ chiefs.
