A meeting of the Council of Ministers held today in Singha Durbar took the decision to recommend before the President to end the session effective from today mid-night. The meeting also decided to promote Joint-Secretary Radhika Aryal to the post of Secretary towards administration as well as Bishwo Babu Pudasaini as Secretary towards technical, said Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Prakash Jwala.
