Speaking at a press conference held this morning at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning, he made it clear that the budget is being introduced under special circumstances. Stating that projects and funds have been arranged with the goal of reaching out to the people’s doorsteps, Chief Minister Karki said the medical treatment of children under 10 years of age in the province will free from the day the budget is passed. He mentioned that construction Shailaja Heart Hospital and encouraging community women’s health volunteers have been included in the budget and added that all the roads to the provincial capital will be upgraded. He claimed that even though it is being introduced through an Ordinance, the budget will win the hearts of everyone, as it would meet the needs and desires of the ordinary people.
