The volleyball tournament is going to be held to coincide with the Chaite Dashain Mela, which is being organized with the slogan ‘Destination Baglung Kalika: Promotion of Art and Culture – Promotion of local production, trade and tourism’. National volleyball players are expected to take part in the tournament, that will see the winners walk away with Rs.300,000. The second team will be awarded Rs 150,000 and the third team will win Rs 100,000. The best player will be awarded Rs.5,000 in cash. In addition, folk song competition and secondary school level group dance competition will be organized in the fair that will run until April 18, according to the organisers.
