Roshan, a leading official in Lashkar Gah district, died in the blast. A law enforcement officer also suffered injuries, Zwak confirmed. Bomb blasts and violent clashes continue to ravage Afghanistan despite the ongoing peace talks between the Taliban and the government in Kabul.
