The arrested is Sukaman Tamang of Belbari municipality-3. Tamang was on the run after raping a girl in the Amana Sisauli forest on the night of October 29. He was arrested on Monday. Tamang had committed the crime with the help of Chakra Bahadur Chaudhary. Similarly, police held 40-year-old Jumesh Sardar of the Gramthan rural municipality-2 in Morang, on the charge of sexual assault on a woman. Sardar was also on the run after committing the crime on October 29. Police have initiated investigation against the three accused, said Deputy Superintendent of Police, Man Bahadur Rai.
