The National Entrepreneurs Federation of Nepal in a statement on Tuesday made this decision. The supply of goods has not been easy despite repeated calls to the line minister and top leaders of various political parties, said the Federation’s President Naresh Katuwal. “Although Kerung and Tatopani transits remained open following the Federation’s call in this regard, there has not been an ease in the supply,” he said. Stating that China has been creating hurdles in the supply of goods through the transits, the Federation has asked the government to resolve the matter. At present, only one or two containers have entered Nepal through the transits. The Federation has also warned of a sit-in at the transits if their demands remained unresolved.
