It is said that seven different agendas of border activities and controlling the cross-border crimes were discussed in the meeting. Likewise, identifying the identity of individuals crossing Nepal-India borders was also put in the agenda. As discussed, the security bodies of both the countries would consult for opening the border bridge. Similarly, the officials are learnt to have talked about confirming the infection of corona virus through tests to the peoples crossing Nepal-India borders from the suspension bridges. The meeting reached an agreement on exchanging information on controlling smuggling, drug trading and trafficking in persons in the cross-border points.
