गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Nepal ∕ High Court issues interlocutory interim order in favor of Batas Group Nepal High Court issues interlocutory interim order in favor of Batas Group KathmanduPati February 13, 2022 File Photo KATHMANDU – The Patan High Court on Sunday issued an interlocutory interim order on the case filed by the Batas Group against the Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT). A single bench of Judge Naridhar Bhandari issued the order. “The Court issues an interlocutory interim order in the name of opponents and orders the opponents not to cause any hindrances in the functioning of the Hotel Ananda Pvt Ltd being run as per the contract signed on April 16, 2019 until the final verdict,” reads the order. The Batas Group has been running the Hotel by leasing out the Nepal-India Friendship Pashupati Dharmashala from the PADT. The Batas Group moved to the Patan High Court last Thursday filing a case against the PADT. The Court has summoned both sides, plaintiff and opponents, on February 21 for discussions on the case.
