गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Nepal ∕ Committee submits report to Energy Minister Nepal Committee submits report to Energy Minister KathmanduPati February 20, 2022 File Photo KATHMANDU – The committee formed to investigate into the issues regarding competence and performance of chairperson and members of the Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) today submitted the report to Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Pampha Bhusal. A Cabinet meeting on 23 December, 2021 had formed the committee as per Clause 9 of the Electricity Regulatory Commission, 2074 BS to investigate into the complaints about competence of the office bearers of the Commission to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. The committee is chaired by former chief justice of the High Court Prakash Chandra Gajurel.
