गृहपृष्ठ ∕ Nepal ∕ Earthquake jolts Sindhupalchok Nepal Earthquake jolts Sindhupalchok KathmanduPati July 10, 2023 File Photo KATHMANDU – An earthquake measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale and with its epicentre at Bahrabise of Sindhupalchok was recorded at 12.47pm today, said the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center, Lainchaur. An earthquake with a magnitude of 4 on the Richter scale and with its epicentre near Bhalayakharka of Lamjung, had occurred before this on June 23. Earthquake tremors epicentred in places of the mountainous and hilly regions of eastern and western parts of the country have become recurrent of late. The mountainous and hilly region of Nepal is considered vulnerable to earthquakes.
