The deceased has been identified as Gunamati Dhami, 40, of Jayaprithvi municipality-11, Okhal. According to Information Officer of the District Police Office, Inspector Dipesh Chaudhary, Dhami died when he was trapped in a landslide following the earthquake on Tuesday. A police team has been mobilized in the incident site, it is informed. Some 11 people were injured in earthquake in Bajhang. Two of them returned home after treatment while nine are being treated at the district hospital. Police informed that the earthquake caused damage to 135 structures in the district. Chaudhay further shared at least 60 houses were damaged in Thalara and 41 houses in Jayaprithvi municipality.
