According to the District Police Office Banke’s Deputy Superintendent of Police, Narayan Dangi, police confiscated 34 tola of gold (one tola is equivalent to 11.66 grams), 10.5 kilos of silver, and a vehicle from them. They were taken under police control from a gold shop in the town. However, the shop owner has managed to flee. Police have not yet revealed the identities of the arrested as the investigation is going on. Acting on a tip-off, the police approached them.
